Matchbox Twenty - 3AM (Video)

Last one for the day. This song reminds me a lot of myself, and it's hard not to listen to it and feel like I'm understood in some way. If you really knew me, you would understand where I'm coming from. This song was really written by Rob Thomas about his mother when he was 13 years old. It had to have been difficult living with something so devastating at such a young age and it reminds me of what I'm having to go through right now with my own mother. Honestly, I think almost everyone has heard this song at one point in their life, but this is definitely one that makes the playlist for me every single time.

"She believes that life is made up of all that you're used to. And the clock on the wall has been stuck at three for days, and days. She thinks that happiness is a mat that sits on her doorway, but outside it's stopped raining."
